JanetSourcing Visits Russia Connecting with Customers and Exploring the Local Market

In August 2026, JanetSourcing traveled to Russia for a business and market visit, combining customer meetings, market research and industry observation.

During the trip, we visited an industry exhibition where one of our Chinese suppliers was exhibiting car care accessories, including spray bottles, detailing floor tiles and other products. Seeing these products presented directly to the Russian market gave us a valuable opportunity to better understand local preferences and market demand.

Beyond the exhibition, an important part of the trip was meeting customers and business partners face to face. While online communication makes international sourcing efficient, personal meetings often provide a deeper understanding of a customer’s business, challenges and future plans.

The visit also allowed us to observe the Russian market firsthand and better understand how Chinese products are positioned and presented locally.
